Hi, I'm Vanessa (she/her), and I'm glad you're here.

I was raised in a high-achieving environment, became one myself, and raised my own high achievers, so I understand, all too well, the challenges of juggling career, family, relationships, and chasing after personal goals, and am well acquainted with Guilt, Shame and the constant feeling of "not good enough".  As a firm believer that everyone deserves to live a flexibly-balanced life filled with meaning, joy, and contentment, I am committed to helping you build skills to thrive and live the life you desire.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). My passion is working with high achievers like you, and counseling them through many of the challenges they experience, and helping them uncover and unravel patterns that have kept them stuck from fully thriving as they would like to be.

Providing individual therapy to high achieving adults and counseling for anxiety, stress and burnoutlife transitions, overcoming limiting self beliefs and imposter syndrome and mindset shifts. I also provide yoga therapy to help with emotional overwhelm and for general struggles that come up at work, home or in relationships.

I see clients in person at my office in Maitland and online.

I also offer video sessions to clients in South Carolina and Vermont as a registered telehealth provider.
